Thank god! I don't think that Tia would look good in blue! What's a GSP? Do you mean GSD, German Shepherd?

steering wheel

Postby tankman » Fri Mar 18, 2005 11:34 pm

i met Luke at the classic camper club national rally last year, he liked the mk2 steering wheel fitted in my mk1 and i wanted his mk1 wheel to try and put some origanality back into my much messed about (by the previous owner) camper he also very kindley gave me a chrome wing mirror that is now proudley fitted.

Ok mark when i owned the van i put the mk3 column on complete with mk3 wheel :) i thought it spoilt the van (looked to modern) so i modified the column to accept the mk1 wheel - which i fitted :) and when i sold the van to bob s he swapped the mk1 wheel with tankman!
But i can't wait to see her in blue either - i did a lot of miles in that van (unfortunatly i had to get rid of it not enough space for all our kids - ive now got a peugeot camper :( )
