Turn off Ignition
Press and hold down throttle and brake pedal
Turn on ignition
continue to hold for 30 seconds then release

No, the clutch pedal doesn't work.

Original handbooks had that as a mis print,

The PCM resets the light when it sees brake ON and full throttle, it knows that in normal useage it'll never see that on the road for 15 seconds.
