Parasitic draw in a Ford Tourneo Custom, model late 2016

I've just created an account on this forum hoping to receive some assistance from you!

For some time now, my Ford Tourneo Custom, December 2016 model, has been experiencing a parasitic draw. I used a multimeter to trace which fuse the issue was originating from. I eventually narrowed it down to the dual fuses 12 and 13.

At this point, I'm unsure of how to proceed. Is this a known issue, and does anyone know which component might likely be the cause? The components connected to these fuses are listed in the attachment.

If anyone has insights on how to further isolate and address this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.
