Injector or Not?

Hi all,

Newbie here, thank you in advance for any help.

Driving along over 60mph and sudden loss of power
Still drives at around 50mph with an engine management light and "Check Manual" warning.
20 seconds later - all cleared.

FORSCAN displays the following...

Am I right to think injectors 1 and 4 need replacing or is there a way to check first, or is it likely something else.
I used to fix, helicopters and now I fix people. Hoping you guys can help with my van!!
