HI!

I have fault code P0119 00-27 on my 2013 Custom (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit Intermittent/Erratic)
we have changed the sensor in the thermostat and sensor in intercooler.

But problem still exists. Someone have a clue?

Check live data to see what the signal voltage and temperature looks like, did you fit a genuine sensor?

Is your PCM software update to the latest level? That could be a factor, rarely but its always good to have the latest software when it comes to ECUs/PCMs.

Have you got any other codes?

The problem comes when it have been a rainy day or wet weather or when the Transit have been staying for a couple of days in wet/cold weather.
We also get errorcode U0418 81-28 when this happends.. (Invalid Data Recieved from Brake System Control Modul 'A')

But today when its 4c° it works after driving it after 30 min. When i restarted the vehicle.

Have a look at the plugs on your bcm and also how much water is around the multiplug near your coolant expansion bottle. U could temporarily spray some water dispersant on it to see if that gets rid of it.
