Enable some features on my Ford Transit.

I followed the guide from https://www.fordtremor.com/threads/new- ... -now.8635/ to connect my laptop to the OBD port and read the configuration data from the modules, but I'm not sure how to modify the values and write them back. How can I find out which values correspond to which features, and what are the risks of changing them? Is there a list of recommended changes for the Ford Transit?
