Transit mk5 injection pump.

Unfortunately, my 1997 2.5 non-TD camper van has developed a leak at the back of the injection pump - which is one of those Lucas/EPIC ones (model is 8720B010A). Nobody wants to touch it (I've been told it's completely obsolete and a very poor pump) and I've been advised to fit a Bosch equivalent (together with new pedal and throttle cable). Can anyone tell me which Bosch model I need? The van has only done 70k miles!

If you have a Lucas epic pump you definitely have a turbo diesel for one.
And if you search for Bosch conversion it’s been covered many many times on here.
One thing you need to be aware of is that if you have a automatic gearbox a Bosch won’t work for you.
Very good conversion and simple enough to do as long as you can get the bits it’s a simple job.
