gear issue

Hi anyone help with this, just noticed hi gears go down from 6th to 5th, 5th to 4th, 4th to 3rd very smooth but 3rd to 2nd and 2nd to 1st are difficult to shift , until also a stand still. any idea what the cause maybe please ?

You've not told us what model Transit you have..?? Mk6 or Mk7..?? FWD or RWD..?? (Although the only Mk6 with a 6 speed box is the 135 TDCi RWD). When was the oil in the gearbox last replaced..?? When was the clutch last bled or replaced..??

I'm new to Transit world , how do I know what mk it is ? It's 2017 custom

2017 will be Mk8.
