Have to open sliding door with 2 hands Mk 7

When opening the sliding door from outside I have to put 1 hand behind the rear of the door and pull it out then pull the handle back to open.
Same with inside slight push outwards then slide the door open.

Really annoying as I pick people up in the minibus and have to keep getting out to let them in showing them the knack.....Also it has to be slammed really hard to close of use 2 hands 1 to pull handle and other to push side of door in.

Please could you help me as I've looked all over for a fix.

Replace the rollers.
Don't buy cheap spend the extra for genuine if your running it as a minibus

Middle Roller is sprung, wd40 it until it doesn't stick, if spring broke do ad Airthies said
