Mk8 Front Suspension Torques

Hi..

Does anyone know where I can get a list of the toques for the Lower wishbones on my front suspension? Also replacing the gearbox mount FWD), so need that as well.

If you don’t get a specific answer for a mk8 and if nobody on hear knows .you can get a bolt torque setting book or find it on line and look up the size thread pitch and bolt grade to find a torque setting.
